blue_curls Apologies for the delay. The material is stretchy, plus the tie at the breast area can make the measurement either larger or smaller - depending on how you wish to wear it. Measured flat seam to seam: small: pit to pit 15", waist 15" hips 17", large: pit to pit 16", waist 16 1/2" hips 19", XL pit to pit 18" waist 18" hips 20" .
