NWT Pinko Stretch Rayon 2 pc Dress. The top layer of the dress is attached to the skirt with elastic waistband. To wear, pull on the skirt and then slip the top layer over the head and arms. The two pieces are attached at the bust which forms the folds at the bust and a cutout back. Condition is new with tags.
