NWT Plaid Le Chateau Sheath Pencil Midi Dress with Belt Office Work

This is a new plaid sheath dress from Le Chateau. It has black buttons on the front, a black belt and cap sleeves. There is a little stretch to the fabric and it falls about knee length on someone of average height.
