NWT Pleated Chiffon Dress

H&M dress, brand new with tags. Never worn, just changed my mind and missed return window. - midi length, hits about mid calf - loose fit, size XS but can fit up to medium! - wear with or without belt, no elasticized waistband - pale mint color, stock photos are closer to true color - small tear in the lining on the back, near the neck (see photo). the outer layer is not affected, last photo shows the exact spot of tear from the outside smoke free, pet free home.
