Super cute vintage ROUIE tie neck blouse. All over French horn motif. Fabric covered buttons up front and one on each cuff. Built in collar tie that can be left loose, tied into a knot or bow. Light shoulder pads, can be removed if preferred. Slightly dolman silhouette with a darted waist. Marked a size 10, but please see below measurements for accurate fit.
