NWT Rachel Zoe size medium sleeveless shift dress

This is a NWT size medium sleeveless shift style dress in a cream and light orange colour with white tassels all around the bottom. This dress is a linen/rayon blend so very lightweight. It could also be used as a bath suit cover-up. There is a tie with tassels at the bottom as well at the neck area. I purchased this for myself but it just does not suit me.
