NWT Rebecca Minkoff Dress

Beautiful new with tags silver dress. Size 2. Plunging neck - you would not be able to wear a regular bra with this dress. May suit smaller chested people due to very low front and what you could/could not wear under for support. Two small marks on bottom of dress (see last photo). Great for wedding guest, New Years Eve, holiday dress as well as dinner, etc. Classic with an elegant retro feel.
