@simonamuscalu91 Hi. Depends on your height. A more accurate way to know is by length measurement. From the waist till the hem it is 37”. Hope this helps

@lrecoskie_93 Hi. I took the sizing as a 42 Italian which says it is a medium. It also says a 42 is a size 4 which doesn’t make sense. I will post measurements for exact sizing. They will be up in 5 min
