NWT Retrofète Velvet Sequined Wrap Top

The Velvet is soft and luxurious, and it has lines of sequins in rainbow colours. The lining is a silk blend, there's balloon sleeves that are buttoned at the end, has a Y-neck, and buttons on the front. It's just so flowy and stunning. You have to see to believe! Size Small Chest: 16.5" Length: 27.5" Sleeves: 22" Waist is adjustable :) There is a bit of a manufacturing defect as the label is not centered. This is still 100% authentic.
