Hi! What is the flat lay measurement for the waist? It’s hard to tell in the photo. 23 inches seems small for a 38!

@evergladez87 Oh my, you are totally right: I messed up the measurement for the waist, and the pics aren't great! The waist is about 14.5 inches flat! I'll try to get some better pictures uploaded shortly!
