See measurements in pictures Ruffled neckline, rouching at front waist and subtle smocked elastic at back (hidden by ruffle) Medium slit, reaches to about 16" from bottom of waistline. Lined. Neckline has a thin band of silicon at the edge so it will stay up. New with tags I have a smoke-free pet-free home and use recycled materials when possible
