NWT Simons Polka Dot Dress Size XS

From the Simons brand Twik. New with tags on. A beautiful reddish orange rust colour perfect for fall. Skirt is lined. Measures about 18" across the chest. Waist measures 12" when laying flat but will comfortably stretch to about 16". I'm 5'5" and the length hits just above the knee on me.
