NWT SimplyDog Drama Queen Dog Dress

This little dress is darling! It was gifted to my dog when we first got her, but she grew so quickly that by the time the weather turned nice, she was too big for it (she was a Christmas puppy). Features: Small bow with rhinestone along the neckline, faux patent leather belt, elastic band for a little stretch. Please note: there is some dirt on the inside of the skirt, no idea how that happened. Had this item not been NWT, I would have attempted to get the dirt out. 95% cotton; 5% spandex. Measurements Neck to Tail: 7.5" Chest: 5.5"
