NWT Size 10 Ricki's lace dress

Never worn (still have tags) size 10 blue and white lace dress. Ricki's brand. I just never had an occasion to wear it, then doesn't fit me anymore :( Lace all over as seen in photos with silver zipper in back and extra top clasp.
