There is some distressing of the fabric that has a light brownish sheen, and that helps make the red less overwhelming and gives the pants an edgier look. The flocked fabric is slightly stiffer than regular plain denim, but still has some stretch. Very unique and fun. Bright red pants I like these. Bright, bright red for gloomy days.
