NWT Review soooo cute! These are the best flowy summer cropped jeans- they can look more dressy with a cute blouse and sandals but they also look great with a basic tshirt and sneakers. The waist is high and super flattering, and the cut of the culotte is comfortable and adds a WOW factor.
