NWT Reviews: A Little Western Flair I don't typically go for tiered dresses, but I thought I'd give this a try. I love it!! Using a western style belt and white cowboy boots it makes a fun statement. Add a.denim jacket in cooler weather and it takes on a new look. Beautiful dress I can’t get enough of this dress! And the amount of compliments I always get. The colors are actually brighter and better than the pictures. The top tier of the skirt is pretty form fitting, I'm an 8-10 and it was definitely a little snug there and overall the dress looks much better when belted. Excited to wear this! OBSESSED I honestly wasn’t expecting to really like this dress because of the cut but I could not be more in love!!!!
