NWT Size X-small House of Harlow GORGEOUS unique summer Dress

This is a NWT size X-small red and white super unique House of Harlow dress I purchased for my daughter-which she absolutely refused to wear!! This dress is so beautiful. There is a zipper in the back and you also tie the straps to your liking at the top of your shoulders. I had thought my daughter would wear a white “tube top” as the side are open on this dress as there is a front and back panel that meet at the waist. The length of the dress being measured at the waist is 21 inches so I would think it’s a midi (it was on my daughter who is 5’5). The bottom is so incredibly full you could twirl in this dress. I just wish I could wish this dress about 4-5 sizes bigger as she is so stunning and perfect for the summer! Please see the above photos for more details and measurements.
