NWT Smash + Tess Zoe Cut-out MIDI Dress Cinnamon Brown Size Small

This is the perfect sweater dress with boots and a leather jacket. It is 18” ptp but can stretch up to 21”. For reference I am size 12 in lulu and it fit me everywhere except the sleeves were snug. 48”length. It has snags as pointed out in the pictures but they are not noticeable due to the texture of the sweater dress. The colour says cinnamon brown but to me in looks more than darker sand colour.
