NWT Splendid Maxi Dress Size Small

This is a NWT never worn maxi dress purchased in Florida for $90 USD plus tax (that was the sale price). Please see photos, this fits like a mermaid style. Material is heavy and so it falls nicely, and dress has lining. Note stripes are very dark navy blue, not black.
