NWT Steve Madden Cadi Mini Dress XSmall

This is a NWT size XSmall mini dress from Steve Madden. It’s super cute as it twists at the tummy and then is open all the way around. The material is chiffon like so flows and the dress is lined, sleeves are long and not very sheer, has a rounded neck line. The colours are beautiful, bright orange, yellow and pink.
