NWT Suzy Shier Open Back Floral Dress, Size Small

This beautiful floral print is perfect for a guest at a wedding, wear into the office or just everyday wear! The material isn't too heavy or too light, perfect for year round. The back is open with a stretch waist band to hug your low back and straps to tie a bow at adjustable widths across the back of your shoulder blades. The sleeves are a cute almost puff sleeve.
