Brand new with tags- however there is a small flaw read below*. Gorgeous royal blue colour. Sheer layers and the body is lined, arms are not. Size 8. When laying flat pit to pit is 19”, just under the bust is 17”, and length is 36”. ** the last image shows the flaw. It’s at the base of the v neck, and the seams have come out a little bit there. It is right on the seam so it could be repaired. Priced accordingly
