*NWT with small flaws* see below Tiered Prairie style Maxi Dress in white with blue and orange Floral pattern from Forever 21 Button-down front short puff sleeves lined body and skirt to knees unlined below knees slit front below knees Tiered skirt light gathering on skirt shirred elastic waist cutout opening at the back of the waist flowy feminine says size small but must have been labeled wrong. fits XL please see last 2 photos of me wearing it over my shirt and jeans, I am size 12-14, 39.5" bust, 33" waist you can see how very baggy it is on the mannequin measurements : pit to pit 20" waist extends to at least 17" hips 22" 55" long two small issues with the fabric: one where a tag was and one at the edge of the sleeve/body seam.
