🦋NWT Tiered fiesta skirt

The cut of this skirt is so pretty! Layered lightweight, 100% Rayon. Cut longer in the back than the front. Drapes so nicely. Thick waistband with elastic at the back. Could be worn high-waisted or sitting lower, depending on your size. A bit too big for me and I haven’t gotten it taken in. The material is red with yellow which gives it the appearance of being more orange overall. Waistband 14” across (not stretched). Top of waistband to front hem is 18”. Top to back hem is approx. 24”
