NWT Torrid Houndstooth Vest

I had visions of this vest over a crisp white blouse. Never got into it as it is a tight fit for a 3X so I am listing as a 2X. Measures p2p at 23" and length is same. Rayon nylon with 5% spandex so a bit of stretch.
