NWT! Tube dress from Old Navy, linen blend.

NWT black, navy blue and white stripes linen blend tube dress. Has hidden zipper on left side, stretch cinch on the back and rubber line on the chest part so it stays in place. Has a very tiny thread pull on the left waist area but hardly noticeable (see photo)
