What is the measurement across the shoulders and across the waistband?

@jkon402 hi there , I have added some additional photos with measurements . Across the shoulders front and back is 15 inches . 19 inches pit to pit . It has a drop waist so I have included the 3 measurements ( in photos) but basically waist measurement is 19 inches as well . Would also look great with a wide black belt . The fabric is lite enough that it would not bunch

Please note : This is a resale item. I just noticed the previous owner listed it as white with black polka dots . It’s more like an off white / cream background with black polka dots . It s beautiful fabric . And would look great with or without a belted .
