NWT Vintage 1950s Grey Wool Knit Boucle Trim Skirt Suit

Vintage late 1950s yet still with original tag grey knit boucle trim skirt suit from Couturier by Mr Philippe. Made in Italy, 100% wool, vintage size 10 (Jacket fits like a S, skirt like an XS). Jacket is unlined, skirt is lined. High collar, 3/4 length sleeves, double breasted, medium-soft knit. Two small holes in the knit on top right side of blazer and bottom back right of skirt that can be easily repaired by someone with any skills (I have none lol), shown in photos 14 -16. Tag is from Saba Bros Ltd, a former high end shop in Vancouver that began in the 1920s on Hastings and then Granville St that was known for their high end silks and clothing. Blazer/jacket measurements: Bust (laying flat): 16.75 inches Bottom of jacket (laying flat): 17.5 inches Length shoulder to hem: 21 inches Skirt: Waist (laying flat): 12.5 inches, has some stretch, can go to 14 easy Hips (laying flat): 18 inches Length: 18 inches Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
