New with tags! Tags say it was made in 2003, but style looks more like 90s. Flat front, high waist slacks in houndstooth pattern. Eased fit, two front pockets, belt loops, zip fly, pleats on the rear. 100% cotton, so they do not stretch. Waist measures approximately 31 inches, inseam just under 30 inches. No flaws!
