NWT White Summer Dress with Flowers Size Large to XL

Brand new with tags. A beautiful white summer dress with tie-up straps. It's a bit fitted at the top then loose and flowing as you go down. Length 42", pit to pit 19". Size is labelled as XL but may fit more as a Large. I recommend comparing the armpit measurement to other dresses you wear to be sure.
