There is an exercise where a wall is presented to a group. The wall has no footing, rope or ladder; regardless the whole group must make it over the wall. To be successful the group must become its own ladder. Each piece is integral to the whole to ensure the wall is scaled- shoulders pushing up and hands reaching to lift. Be a piece of the ladder, help each other to scale the wall. Be part of the support and what women can't knock down, women will overcome. Available in UNISEX sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. We recommend washing in cold water, on the delicate cycle. Tumble dry low heat.
