This skirt is so cute and soft to the touch. Would be great for the fall season and can be dressed up or down. The length is great and the colour is gorgeous. The skirt material has some stretch but there is no stretch in the waistband (which is why my mannequin does not have the top button done up. If measurements are need please let me know.
