NWT Y2K Beijo Green Over the Moon Purse

New with tags deadstock Over the Moon shoulder bag from Beijo. From the late 90s or early 00. Pretty silvery olive green color with black handles and lining and silver tone hardware, rarer color! Unique curved shoulder bag with a crescent inspired shape with tall thin structured top handle. One internal zip pocket. Comes with dust bag (which shows some marks/wear from storage) and small 'photo card'. Bag has a few small impressions from being stored, only show at certain angles. Approx measures 15.5x 7x2.5" with a 9" strap drop. My research on these suggests they are patent leather, however, I've looked all over the purse and the little card insert and there isn't a material tag. Other people describe their purses as PVC vegan leather, I’m really unsure!
