NWT Zara Floral V-Neck Dress Or Tunic - Black and Blue

I got this a few years ago, but never got to wear it. I love the little silver vertical lines through the dress, very subtle. New with tag (NWT)! A little too short for me, but super cute. The dress would fit a smaller chested woman (A-B cup), because there is no stretch. Real size medium, but listing it as a small, because of the reasons listed above.
