NWT Zara Patchwork Ruffle Off The Shoulder Blouse Top Boho Paisly Bohemian

NWT floaty patchwork top from Zara. This top has so many delicate details - sheer patchwork panels, floaty off the shouler sleeves, a necktie with key shaped metal detail, and lots of ruffles. Looks complicated at first with all the ruffles, but once it's on, it is super cute - very y2k boho chic. Easy to locate the back with the tag, the long ties go around your neck, halter style. Then, you can slide your arms into the floaty sleeves. Took me a couple of minutes the first time I tried it on. Would look great with a classic pair of blue jeans or dress it up with a skirt. It's just a bit too small for me.
