NWT Zilch Amsterdam Highwaisted Mini Skirt

High Waisted A Line Mini Skirt Tag says size L, but fits much more like M. Imported European Skirt Patterned fabric in green and mustard printed on one side with a polka dot print used for the pockets. Skirt has a hidden zipper and two small pockets on the front. They are true pockets. One is still stitched shut. Seams are sewn well. Brand New, never worn item with tags.
