flower_cottage @verykarrie they are wearing them but they must be blessed with some A+ curves. So the waist is a 13-17 inch stretch and the hip is a 21 1/2-3/4 inch measurement, so unless you are pretty curvy they will be baggy. They say baggy on the tag so I think they are meant to fit that way.

flower_cottage @verykarrie how baggy they fit will probably depend on the difference between your hip and waist measurement. The smaller the difference the less baggy they will fit. The waist is very flexible on these pants which is part of what makes them so so comfy.
