NWT, beautiful LAURA Petites A-line dress

Light periwinkle blue/dark blue, NWT Laura Petites dress. Size 4P, but fits more like a 6P. A-line with a slim tie ribbon at the waist. Full zip in the back. Great for a wedding or throw on a blazer and wear to the office. Falls just below the knee (on a 5’1” frame). Patterned fabric overlay is a sheer fabric with a full lining underneath.
