NWT but imperfect dress

please read carefully: Originally this dress NWT would cost over 200$, but I purchased it knowing it had some flaws (several small paint stains). Maybe you don't care about that, or you can make a project of this? In any case, hoping someone can use or wear this pretty but stained garment.
