NWT cupshe smocked mock neck dress

size Large 12/14 bust 37.5"- 39.5" waist 29.2"- 31.2" hip 40.2" - 42.1" navy blue mini dress. I loved this dress but unfortunately it didn't fit me well as I lost some weight before a trip and it just didn't sit right.
