NWT fransa multicolour short sleeve flowy dress with pockets. 100% viscose. It is comfy material. It says it mighty shrink about 5% with washing. I have not washed it yet, but it is quite the big for me. There are extra buttons included. The front buttons are hidden, except the top button which is more decorative. frew_lass Hi there- just wondering if the measurements in your listing for chest and waist are taken laying flat? (Ie is the flat lay pit to pit 31” or is the total size around the bust 31”? Thank you 😊
