NWT ladies size small UMGEE top

This is a ladies size small kaki green and cream striped top by the brand UMGEE. There are very short and soft fringes around the arms and bottoms and a rounded neckline. There is also a very slight high/low effect on the bottom. It’s a cotton/polyester blend. I purchased this for my daughter and she gave it a thumbs down 👎. I think it’s adorable and would look great with shorts or capris.. Please see the above photos for measurements and more details.
