NWT ladies size small green high-low dress by Papa Vancouver

This is a NWT size small green print high-low dress by Papa Vancouver. This was another purchase for my daughter and it wasn’t to her taste. I could see this dress with boots and a great cardigan. It has buttons running all the way down the front, small cap sleeved and a fuller skirt that would move when you walk. The waist is elastic and I stretched without altering the buttons flat to 15.
