NWT plaid Le Chateau dress

Le Chateau dress size XS. New with tags. Tried on but never worn. I purchased this dress over 3 years ago before starting a new job, but never wore it because it was too formal for my workplace. It’s been sitting in my closet for 3 years and now it no longer fits me as you can see in the photo! I am 6’0 and the hem hits right above my knee.
