NWT sz 10 Planet black pencil skirt - horizontal "rib" texture

The pencil skirt everyone needs in their wardrobe but far from basic. It's lined, with a back flap at bottom (what do they call those?), and has a nice texture - kind of like a raised horizontal rib (see 3rd pic). Best of all, still NWT!!
