NWT tweed skirt

Perfect for fall and winter, this tweed skirt is so on trend. I purchased this at Winners several years ago and never wore it. As is sometimes the case at Winners, the brand tag had been removed. Excellent quality skirt. Fully lined. Fringed hem Rear zipper Gold buttons Size tag is missing, but it fits like a 6 to 8, but please see the measurements below to be sure. Fabric is a polyester and acrylic blend. Measurements Waist is 16 inches Hip is roughly 20 inches Length is 21 5 inches
