New with tags, green emerald color, velvet top. This style is off the shoulder, cropped with a bit of a peplum. The materiel is very stretchy. This is a size medium. Purchased at Nordstrom’s. I got this in black and I wear that lots and never found myself reaching for the green. This color is stunning though and would look great on so many skin tones.
