NWT vintage dead stock red v-neck cut out top with floral embroidery

Great vintage 90’s dead stock NWT 3/4 sleeve top in a size small. Red v-neck cut out top with embroidered boho flower details along the bottom hem. Bust measures about 32”. 100% cotton so does have some stretch. Sleeves are about 15” long. Length of the top from the shoulder is 23” 1I
