NWT wireless racerback butterfly animal print Bra 38D fit like 36C?

this brand-new beautiful bra has front closure, thick elastic straps that are adjustable with a gorgeous embroidered butterfly in the back. size is Chinese 38 E which is supposed to fit like a DD but it fits much smaller. wireless molded cups with vented texture pattern inside, this profits small but I wish it didn't! with clasp open from one side to the other, length is 29" stretches to 31"
